Usually one endpoint with clear rules and no complex auth, database, payments, scheduling, or multi-step workflow.
02Can it use a database?＋
Yes, but data modeling, permissions, backups, and production setup add scope and are quoted after review.
03Can you integrate someone else's API?＋
Yes when usable documentation, legal access, and a test path exist. OAuth, webhooks, retries, and complex authentication are assessed separately.
04Can an API also run with no monthly platform fee?＋
Some lightweight workloads may fit Cloudflare Workers free allowances, but compute, traffic, data, and third-party costs must be reviewed.
