01I know nothing about deployment. Can you choose the platform?＋
Yes. Tell us what the product does and who should use it. We will recommend a deployment approach based on the architecture, budget, and data requirements—you do not need to learn DevOps first.
02Are bugs in AI-generated code included in the fixed price?＋
Fixed pricing covers making existing functionality work in production. If the core feature is incomplete or has significant logic issues, we identify the blockers first. Feature development and major rewrites receive a separate quote before work begins.
03Do I need to hand over my GitHub or cloud password?＋
No. Private repositories can use temporary collaborator access, while cloud platforms can use team invitations or guided setup. Access can be removed after delivery, and all hosting, domain, and service accounts stay in your name.
04How long does delivery take?＋
Once the required access and information are ready, Launch Lite targets 1–2 business days. Full-stack Launch usually takes 3–5 business days. We confirm the actual schedule during review, and urgent work is assessed separately.
05Is this a complete security audit?＋
No. This is not penetration testing or a compliance audit. We address common deployment risks such as exposed secrets, excessive permissions, debug mode, missing backups, and unnecessary public ports. High-risk or regulated systems require a dedicated security provider.
06Which projects are not a fit?＋
We do not directly accept code of unknown origin, illegal use cases, requests to share personal credentials, 24/7 SLA demands without a viable budget, or projects whose core functionality is still incomplete.
